The Copenhagen Aikido
Club has
resided at the old and very beautiful premises of the
Idrætshuset since 1973. While most of the surrounding
buildings were renovated a few years ago, the Østerbro
Stadium/Idrætshuset still appears the way it looked when it
was inaugurated in May 1912.
The nearest train stations are Østerport and Nordhavn, and
several busses from central Copenhagen – such as number 6 –
stop right outside the Park Cinema next to the stadium.
Transportation: From the Copenhagen Central Station:
Route 1: Bus 1 for Østerbro/Ryparken. Get off at Brumleby. 2
minute walk to the stadium.
Route 2: Bus 650S for Hellerup Station. Get off at
Trianglen. 10 minute walk to the stadium.
